Hello, I’m Katrin! Originally from Germany, I have been living on the beautiful island of Crete for over 20 years. I am married and a proud mother of a daughter.
In recent years, I have worked as a tour guide and taken on responsibilities for various hotels in Malia. The contact with guests has always brought me great joy and fueled my passion for island life.
Sports play a central role in my life. Especially in recent years, I have delved deeply into yoga and have been fascinated by how it can enhance our well-being. This enthusiasm has inspired me to turn my passion into a profession and encourage others to pursue this path as well.
I have participated in numerous courses and seminars to deepen my knowledge, and now I am ready to really get started. I invite you to be a part of this exciting journey. I look forward to meeting you!

My Mission

Self-developed full-body training from head to toe... there’s something for everyone.
Combination of various exercise units (each unit lasts approx. 10-15 minutes)

Yoga with connected breathing exercises that serve for mental and physical “warming up”
Goal: Mobility and warming up -
Self-massage for feet and hands
Goal: A thank you to our “constant companions and helpers” through self-massage -
Hula Hoop with fitness ring (if possible), otherwise alternatives like pelvic floor and balance exercises (it's still worth trying the ring)
Goal: Strengthening abdominal, gluteal, calf muscles, and pelvic floor (simplest way to a “six-pack”), better posture, complementing “hip gold reduction” -
Upper body strength training with dumbbells or resistance bands
Goal: Strengthening chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders -
Leg and glute strength training with resistance bands
Goal: Strengthening leg muscles and defining inner and outer thighs -
Yoga exercises to prepare for facial muscle training
